Family Plus — Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Family Plus, a mobile application distributed on Google Play. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Family Plus.
1. The service
Family Plus provides tools to help families coordinate calendars, tasks, lists, notes, reminders, and related content. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may need to meet minimum age requirements under applicable law to create an account.
3. Family workspaces
The app may allow shared spaces, invitations, roles, and collaboration. Owners or administrators may manage membership and access. You choose what content you share with others in your workspace.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, to harm others, to upload malware, to attempt unauthorized access, or to overload or abuse our systems. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms are violated or where required by law.
5. Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and your invited family members, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions and payments (Android)
If you purchase premium or subscription features on Android, billing is processed by Google Play under Google’s terms and policies. Prices, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Google Play’s rules and your Google account settings. We do not store your full payment card details. To manage or cancel subscriptions, use Google Play or your device’s subscription settings.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Family Plus is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) fifty euros (€50). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the app and uninstall it.
