Family Plus — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Family Plus (“we”, “the app”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services. By using Family Plus, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who we are
Family Plus is a family organization application published on Google Play. The operator is the developer identified in the store listing.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the app, we may process:
- Account and profile: email address; authentication data processed by our identity provider; display name; language preferences.
- Family workspace: membership in a shared space, roles, invitations, and content you create (for example calendar events, tasks, shopping lists, notes, reminders, posts, and similar coordination data).
- Uploads: files or images you choose to upload (for example documents or profile photos), including metadata needed to store and display them.
- Technical: diagnostics needed for stability and security where enabled; basic device or locale data used to format dates and language.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we use information
We use data to provide accounts; sync and display shared content to authorized family members; deliver premium features if you subscribe; protect security; and comply with law.
4. Service providers
We use infrastructure providers, including Supabase (authentication, database, file storage) and Google Play (app distribution and, if you purchase premium on Android, subscription billing under Google’s terms). We do not authorize these providers to use your data for their own advertising.
5. Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Children
If you allow a minor to use the app, you are responsible for that use. If you believe we have collected information in a way that violates applicable law, contact us using the details in the Play listing or in-app.
7. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us via the Play listing or in-app contact method.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
